Are you interested in becoming a world class Recruiter for an award winning company and are based either in the UK already or willing to relocate to Prague?
My client recruits across multiple vibrant sectors: Pharma, Medical Devices, Chemicals, Social Care, Technical & Engineering and Digital. With offices globally they work with some of the best known international brands, they are now hiring new talent to expand the company at an accelerated rate..
An excellent Traineeship scheme with full training provided in order to get you developed into a fully fledged and billable consultant.

Responsibilities (within the first 6 months)
identifying and screening suitable candidates for open and live positions
Building/growing your own desk
Preparing CV’s for submission to clients
Arranging interviews for senior consultants
Contacting potential clients via phone or email Shadowing senior consultants on their daily activities

Full training, is provided in a supportive and social environment Opportunity to travel and experience a new city and environment OR if you have residence and are based in the UK we can offer remote employment options also throughout UK
Support for relocation including subsidised apartment (Prague)

Osobné predpoklady uchádzača:

Good communication skills, written, face to face and over the phone are a must
You should be passionate, driven individual with “can do” attitude, commercial awareness and gladiator mentality to succeed.
You are an action oriented person, and a true self starter

You have the ability to interact and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization
Applicants should be fluent in French, Italian, Dutch, German, English or Arabic.. No experience in recruitment is needed
